Missing proper communication and a missing command center have led to major issues such as medal shortages, medical supplies shortages, inadequate pain relief sprays, and no post-run refreshments. Whom shall runners blame for these challenges?

As I am reading the comments in TMM’s Instagram comment section, runners are quite disappointed. Looking forward to getting this issue resolved as a member of the running community.
Runners are highly disappointed with the medal shortage. Perhaps the TMM team has assured that each runner with a missing medal will get their medal at the doorstep.
Runners have high expectations from Procam and TMM in terms of conducting a high-class running event, which has been marred by such mismanagement.
